In this small, supportive group, we’ll explore body, mind, and spirit, helping you find freedom and joy in every step. ? About Your Teacher: Led by the passionate and welcoming Marjolein Akkerman, a certified 5Rhythms® Waves Teacher. Marjolein brings a deep love for movement and personal growth, sharing this transformative practice in Hobart and beyond.
